Q – Do you allow pets (even small ones)?
A – PETS: Pets are not permitted by residents or their guests. We follow all regulations relating to the Fair housing Act, section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Q – Can I have my friend move in with me?
A – Yes, if your friend fills out a rental application and submits $20 to cover the cost of a credit report check. They are subject to the same approval process as any other person applying for an apartment.
Q – What is the process for being approved as a tenant?
A – An applicant(s) must complete the rental application, sign it and leave a $100 deposit. The applicant screening process includes a criminal background search, credit report check, employment verification and previous landlord follow will be conducted prior to acceptance. If this criteria is not met, you may be denied approval. If you are accepted as a tenant, the $100 deposit will be applied towards your first month of rent. If you are not accepted, a non-refundable fee of $20.00 per applicant will be used toward the cost of a credit report check. The balance will be returned to the applicant.
Q – When is rent due?
A –Rent is due by the first of the month. Late fees can be accessed for rent received after the 1st. Sign up to pay online with PayLease free to residents.
